Email - Mobile - Add an Office 365 Shared Folder (and Contacts) to Outlook for Android

Pre-requisites
- A Shared Mailbox has been created
- The User has been granted Delegated Access
- 'Microsoft Outlook' app from the Play Store installed on the handheld
- Primary Office 365 user account has been added to the Outlook app
Add the Shared Mailbox to MS Outlook app
- Open the Outlook App on the handheld
- Tap on the round home icon menu at the top left-hand corner
- Tap on the Add Account icon (the grey envelope with a + next to it)
- Tap on 'Add a shared Mailbox':
- Enter the email address of the Shared Mailbox and tap on 'CONTINUE'
- Shared Mailbox now shows in the list of Mailbox accounts
- Tap on the Settings cog wheel at the bottom left-hand corner
- Tap on the Shared Mailbox account
- Fill in/Select as appropriate, especially 'Sync contacts'
- Click on the back arrow in the left-hand top corner to go back to account Settings
- Click on the back arrow in the left-hand top corner to go back to Outlook
How to find in the Outlook mobile app
- Tap on the Search magnifying glass at the bottom of the Outlook app screen
- Tap in the Search bar
- To only search the Shared Mailbox, tap on the Search Home icon at the right-hand top corner
- Tap on the account to search
How to find in the Android Contacts app
- Open the handheld's default Contacts app
- Tap on the burger Options menu
- Tap on the Shared Mailbox account (accounts are listed in the order they are added)
